Served on a three tiered stand at individual tables or set up as a buffet style service.

Butternut squash with cream and pepita garnish, asparagus, chicken chowder, lobster bisque (other requests available)

Salads

bistro salad with goat cheese, candy, pecans, strawberries, with balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Beet salad with arugula, goat cheese, macadamia nuts and balsamic glaze

Pair and arugula salad with candied pecans, goat cheese and edible flowers

Classic Caesar salad with croutons and shaved Parmesan cheese

Sandwiches

Curry, chicken salad on croissants

Tri-tip sliders with sautéed mushrooms and caramelized onions


Entrées

Miso glazed salmon or cod, served with jasmine rice, bok choy and roasted carrots


Bourbon, pecan chicken served over mashed potatoes with choice of vegetable(asparagus, green beans, brussels sprouts)

Pasta with choice of sauce ( Alfredo, Bolognese -with/without meatballs or brajole, shrimp scampi  etc)

Filet mignon served with mashed potatoes or risotto and vegetable of choice

Lamb lollipops with a butter pesto drizzle, served with risotto and vegetable of choice.

Tri-tip served with roasted new potatoes and green beans, or vegetable of choice

Crab stacks with avocado, cucumber, mango, and citrus dressing

Ahi stacks with avocado, cucumber, sushi, rice, and balsamic glaze

Cucumber bites with cream cheese, smoked salmon, and dill

Hummus tray with assorted veggies, and naan-bread

Shrimp cocktail served in martini glasses or tray, depending on group size

Bruschetta Served on individual mini bread, boards, or larger tray for  groups

Caprese bites- mini mozzarella balls, grape tomatoes, basil, with balsamic, glazed drizzle

Melon and prosciutto bites with basil, garnish

Mini risotto cups with mini steak or chicken skewers
